The Daily Herald - PHILIPSBURG--ROB Sector Director Joseph Dollison and New Works and Maintenance head Claudius Buncamper eviscerated the SOAB concept report in October 2009 that outlined alleged wrongdoings at the department and concluded that both should be dismissed from their functions for mismanagement of the department and possibly should face criminal charges.

In their 20-page response to the concept report, which they sent to SOAB in October 2009, Dollison and Buncamper addressed the allegations in the report point for point and told SOAB its concept report was suggestive, filled with non-factual statements, lacked understanding of the functioning of ROB and VROM, misinterpreted a number of procedures, and was based on hearsay from the convicted former head of VROM.

RESIGN!!!! Joseph, if you are reading this: no pension, no land, nothing. You will die a pauper, I trust God for that. I know so many people entitled to domain land and yet you, you greedy thief got 8, yes 8. You think you can retire and hold onto 8 pieces of domain land that you stole and claim you have done no wrong. Let's go much deeper. SOAB was the tip of the iceberg. More to come from Holland, trust me.

Of course Delano would tip off SOAB in the hope of reducing his own problems. Oh Delano, we still have this horrible apartment owned by your cousin Donny in Cole bay, remember that one? Well it's disgusting and could only be built with some help. Let's get an order to demolish for that one. At least we know it was an under the table permit.

Nothing will improve while this bunch of thieves are there.

Get rid of them all.

8 pieces of domain land. Well that ain't all. Word has it that he recently bought the see breeze hotel. One can only wonder how he affords all this on a civil servant paycheck. Maybe Samir donated something?

If it's true that JD holds 8 pieces of Domain land, then that is the worst. Obviously the parcel on A.T Illide road where WIB has its offices is one. THe other piece is in Colebay close to Budget Marine. These two are all reclaimed land or filled waterfront property. I would not be suprise if there are more pieces where land was filled. Let's see where else we filled over the years: All around the not-so-Great Salt Pondfill, Oyster Pond,Colebay Lagoon area eatern side, Port de Plaisance, Snoopy Island, along the entire Welfare road, Airport road lagoon area, Cuepcoy, Point Blanche Harbor area,Arch road, Bobby Marine area, actually Bobby must have more Domain land per sq meter than Dollison.
I know people who put in for land since the 70's and still waiting. Their documents could be buried in the recently expanded land fill, atleast their request may have gotten a piece smack in the middle of Philipsburg.

Don't forget Dollisson's other commercial building (also domain land?) which is the new yellow building opposite Cake House on the LB Scott Road. It houses some businesses and has appartments for rent as well.

I think the road it borders that building (going up Sentry hill) is Dollisson Drive, insn't it?

Well if Joseph Dollisson has 8 pieces of Domain Land-I find that very disturbing.
He has to explain to the young SXMners who are living abroad why there is no domain land left for them to come back and build a house.
Joseph Dollisson is a DP man, he is-to be more specific a Sarah man.
The DP has to explain to the masses why DP supporters would get 8 pieces of Domain Land while others out there waiting for years to able to move from under their parents roof or with their Master Degree that they came back with-to be able to build something decent of their own.
The DP will have to explain, yes even now that they are out of government, why is it that there was never a policy regarding the Government's Domain Land, such as keeping these only for Professional SXMners coming back with degrees, and reserving only one piece per person.
Now we have to hear that Dollisson and others have secured up to 8!!!!! pieces of Government Long Lease land? This country is a mess and will remain a mess. The people should question this mess!!!! Many times you see the media and investigators asking questions on old cases in the US... we should do the same here....just because DP is out of government does not mean that this story has ended, it is only now beginning!

You hit the nail on the head. It is ridiculous that Dollison has more than one piece of domain land but our young people that want to come back after studies can't get any. Blame it on Sarah. It was under her leadership that the red governments allowed this to happen. Her executive council signed all the besluiten to give the domain land to chief-crony Dollison. Read again: Her executive councils and nobody else. And in return Dollison closed his eyes for all the intentional mishaps in his department that favored all the "developers" that supported the DP politicians in one way or the other. It is examplanary for the manner in which the DP ruled this island. They are driven by greed, greed, greed and more greed. I move that we make an inventory what land he has taken from the people and then sign the on line petition for the Island Council to take this land back. There is absolutely no justification for this. Let him feel it where it hurts most.

So what was expected? Dollison and Toontje both admitting that they did wrong? For me it's clear: both were responsible and SOAB clearly showed all the wrongdoings, 'mistakes' and errors.
You have Japanese executives who commit suicide when it is proven that the company they are responsibe for is wrong. I do not suggest JD and Toontje to do the same, but the least they can do is resign. Go!

BTW, has TO read the report? And, he put it in the "doofpot"?

Comme d'habitude... and the crazy thing is: putting reports like the SOAB report in the doofpot is actually working quite amazingly!
Looks like someone is suffering from a 'klap van de molenwiek'...lol, reading that report really did help me polish up my Dutch :)

But seriously, this hiding behaviour or whatever it may be, just makes me sick.

What has become clear is what the Dutch Queen, during her annual ThroneSpeech, meant when she mentioned 'moral degeneration' was all around.

And then consider what the British lawyer and jurist Judge Devlin (1905 -1992) wrote: "an established morality is as necessary as good government to the welfare of society. Societies disintegrate from within more frequently than they are broken up by external pressures."
